11 things you should NOT do before your mortgage closes [List]

You will probably read through this list and assume there is no way anyone would ever do any of these things to jeopardize their mortgage financing, especially after everything is financing complete. Let me assure you that each and every one of these points have been inspired by a real life person who obviously didn't understand the process well enough. It is our desire to make sure that you don't find yourself in a similar position. However I can pretty much sum up everything with the following statement:
