We’d like to help. On the evening of Thursday February 11th, 2010 we are holding a Financial Health Information Session to tackle the above topics and more. Attendance is limited to the first 40 people who RSVP. For this event you may invite friends and family.

Speakers:

Ayr Miller – Katana Oil and Gas Fund – Ayr will speak about some of the opportunities for investors in the oil and gas sector and his firm’s approach to business.

Steve Emerson – Walton International – Steve will discuss the four pillars approach that Walton takes to acquiring raw land, syndicating ownership with investors, adding value, and ultimately selling and/or developing the land to create wealth.

Kyle Jacober – Alberta Land Investment Brokers. Kyle will discuss RRSP and TFSA strategies for 2010, as well as the benefits of diversification into exempt market securities.

Gord McCallum – First Foundation Residential Mortgages – Yours truly will offer a year-in-review for the mortgage market in 2009, discuss some of the challenges of the past couple of years, and offer a look forward into housing and mortgage markets in 2010. I’ll also discuss interest-deductible mortgages.

In addition to a “state of the markets” analysis and some strategic discussion, we will also discuss a few different investment opportunities. For this reason, the session is most suitable for those who have a minimum of $10,000 to invest or transfer from current investments. We’d be delighted to have you as our guest and promise you will leave with a greater understanding of your investment options.
