For Ladies Only
Do you find home-buying stressful?
Find the process confusing? Maybe even a little overwhelming? Then let us help.
On March 17/10 we will be hosting a “buying made simple” event for ladies only. If you’re looking to buy your first home within the next six months, you’ll want to attend this event. Or maybe you’re preparing to buy your second or third home, and you still find the process daunting. We want to talk to you too.
Please join us on March 17/10 at the Royal Glenora Club. We will have several speakers experienced in mortgages, real estate, law and more to answer your questions and make the process simple.
Important questions we’ll address:
- How much house can I afford?
- Do I really need a home inspection? What’s the worst that can happen?
- Why should I use a real estate agent?
- What not to do before you take possession
- Why does my mortgage broker need so much information?
- How are mortgage brokers and banks different? How are they the same?
- How important is my credit score? If it’s not great right now, what steps can I take to repair it?
We’ll answer these questions and many more to remove the fear of the unknown and make your home-buying experience a happier one. You’ll feel more confident as you move forward in search of your dream home. You’ll also leave with valuable resource materials to assist you with your home purchase.
