We constantly strive to expand our understanding of home mortgage lending so we can provide our clients with the best possible advice. We study the markets, the economy, and the news to prepare ourselves, and our customers, for what lies ahead.
We value our employees. Everyone at First Foundation works hard to make sure these values are upheld. We work hard so you don’t have to, and we work hard because we love what we do. Most importantly, we work hard to help each other out – ensuring great service for our clients.
We value good partners. When we have a choice, we work only with mortgage lenders, Realtors, lawyers, appraisers, and other service providers that value the same things we do.
We value time – yours and ours. We don’t want to waste your time, so we have invested in numerous time saving technologies to make document management much easier and reduce paperwork for everyone.
We value good communication. The difference between buying the home of your dreams and missing out is often how well the parties involved communicate. We are extremely proactive in our communication efforts with all parties – you, the lender, your Realtor, your lawyer, your employer, your manicurist, and your gardener. If something needs to get from point A to point B you can be sure that B knows it’s on it’s way and A knows where to send it. If we have to we’ll pick it up ourselves and get it there.
Most of all, we value our clients. Thankfully, our clients value us too. Working hard for our clients helps us ensure long-term, lasting relationships. This approach has allowed us to continue to grow at a rapid pace and has allowed us to maintain a very strong history of repeat customers. For that, we are very grateful.
