CMHC Mortgage Consumer Survey Criteria
The CMHC Mortgage Consumer Survey of 2013 was conducted in March & April of this year. CMHC interviewed just under 3000 prime decision makers who had all undertaken a mortgage transaction in the past 12 months. Of those interviewed, 58% were mortgage renewals, 24% were refinances with 18% having purchased a new home where a mortgage was secured.
