Update on Covid-19 for First Foundation Clients and Partners

As you are no doubt aware, Covid-19, aka "Corona Virus", has become a worldwide pandemic and every nation, government, business, faith and family has been affected by it and is trying to grapple with the best approach to limiting the spread.

At First Foundation, the health and safety of our clients, our staff, and their families is our top priority. At this time we've taken the following steps to continue to serve the mortgage, financial, and insurance needs of our clients while following the advice of Health Canada and Alberta Health Services:

  1. All client meetings will be held remotely, until further notice. We have all the tools we need to serve you remotely - we've been doing it for 18 years and in over 100 communities. Phone, video conference, remote support etc. are all available. Please book your meetings online here: ONLINE MEETING SCHEDULER
  2. We have cancelled all other meetings and networking functions until further notice.
  3. Staff with children who are out of school or daycare are able to work from home
  4. Any staff returning from travel are required to self-isolate for 14 days, and anyone with symptoms are required to isolate pending the outcome of a screening test.

We remain open for business to serve you.

Though we can't meet in person at this time, we have a team of dedicated, hard working people who are committed to serving you, and the technology to do it remotely. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us, schedule an appointment, start a mortgage application, or get an insurance quote online.

You can also reach members of our team online via the chat tool in the botto right-hand corner of your browser.

We look forward to hearing from you and serving you. Thanks! Stay safe.
