Long Term Rates Are Falling

Good news about long-term interest rates! We just had a MAJOR decrease announced today. 6, 7, and 10 year mortage rates are down about 30-40 basis points…so now we have 6 and 7 year rates at 5.8% and 10 year rates at 5.9%.

It’s been awhile since those have been available below 6%, so if you’re conservative by nature or think rates might rise in the long-term, now might be a good time to give us a call to get a long-term mortgage at very competitive rates.
