Edmonton Mortgage Associate LeeAnn Roz
LeeAnn joined First Foundation as a Mortgage Associate in October 2018 - but make no mistake: she is no newbie! Having faithfully weathered the good, the bad, and the ugly sides of the real estate industry, she has been a professional in the real estate industry for almost 30 years. LeeAnn has now been a mortgage associate since 2016. Her past industry experience has equipped her to help everyone, with, well – everything, from first time home buyers, to seniors and reverse mortgages, to refinances and renewals. LeeAnn loves the variety of people she gets to serve and is, in her own words, “enjoying every minute of it”! We are enjoying working with LeeAnn, whose heart is evident in the respectful way she treats people - colleagues and clients alike.
Born and raised in Edmonton, LeeAnn has both an insider’s perspective on the local market and global life experience. Graduating from the University of Alberta in 2008 with a Bachelor of Education, LeeAnn spent two years living in Puerto Vallarta Mexico teaching grade four at a private beach resort….er, we mean school.
Always willing to go the extra mile, working tirelessly has set LeeAnn apart as an associate who enjoys a challenge. LeeAnn believes there is always an answer, tenaciously going after the tough-to-find solution for her clients. As a colleague puts it, “Where some associates would look at a file and think ‘ah it’s not worth it,’ LeeAnn sees the value of each client and their unique situation and leaves no stone unturned until she finds a solution. That is a rare commodity today!
In her spare time, “being active is a must”, including golfing, hiking, curling, or building things. The ‘she-shed’ in her yard is adorable! A life-long learner, LeeAnn is always interested to try new cafes and restaurants, new hobbies and activities. Pottery classes are next up on the list.
